Driving Requirements
Please read carefully: if the following conditions aren’t met, you won’t be allowed to join the tour and no refund will apply.
1) Driving Skills
Previous scooter experience is mandatory. Rome’s traffic can be intense and is not suitable for beginners.
Minimum age to drive: 18 years.
2) Driving License
- EU license holders: Category A or B accepted (includes UK, Turkey, Israel, and Switzerland).
- Non-EU license holders: Must also show a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) at check-in.
- US citizens: Must bring the IDP issued by AAA or AATA.
3) Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit (credit card or cash) is required at check-in before starting the tour.
