DRIVING REQUIREMENTS 
IMPORTANT Rome by Vespa will not refund any deposit or payment received if costumers don't satisfy following requirements on the rental or tour day
Scooter driving experience: If it is your first experience with a scooter, it's better to don't try, because it is unsafe for your life and the lifes of other people.
18 years old minimal
Passport or ID license preferably with legal home address
Valid national driving licence enabling to drive a scooter: category A or B
If your national driving licence was issued by Vienna convention partecipant state is valid in Italy.
IDP International driving permit for other countries without any convetion with Italy.
If your national driving license was issued by an extra European countries, it must be accompanied either by an international driving permit, to be obtained prior to departure
Credit card (for the security deposit of 500 euros).Our systems release the security deposit right after the end of the rental agreement. However, it may happen that the blocked amount doesn't come immediately available to the customer. Usually the interbank circuits and the companies managing credit cards require technical times, which can keep the amount blocked for a few days, and in some cases even for a few weeks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the tour’s start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
